I LOVED the location. Everything was super accessible. The reception staff were VERY helpful and professional (i spoke with them a LOT). The hotel was also very clean, which i really appreciate.

The view wasn't great from my room, I must admit. It wasn't a MAJOR concern for my short stay though.

The hotel's location proved ideal. it was close to many places i wanted to see in the city and i found the hotel itself very secure. the room was clean. And it had a nice view of the roman theater.

soundproofing could have been better, i could hear some noise from the busy square, though it was not too bad.

the hotel features modern amenities, i noticed that the rooms look recently refurbished. i saw helpful staff readily responded to guest inquiries, especially with the door lock system. ordering a taxi was easy with the hotel staff's help.

The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fresh. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged for the taxi driver to come into the hotel and collect luggage. The location is amazing. The views were fabulous. It could not get a more central location.

I found the customer service a little disappointing during check-in.

a mixed experience

I was quite disappointed with the room i received. i paid for a double room view, but the view was largely obstructed by some nearby buildings. the noise at night was also bothersome. It seemed to carry quite easily through the windows. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
